PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This product is formulated with various additives such as inactive sulfur containing additive, antioxidant, antirust and antiwear agent. The slideway oil blended by this product has good antioxidation, anticorrosion and antirust properties and excellent antiwear performance.

BLENDING PROCESS
Select proper base oil, blend and heat up to 65±5℃. Add appropriate amount of antifoam and demulsifier successively and PPD, VII according to requirement and then add the corresponding dosage of KTSW-016 after constant temperature blending evenly. Keep constant temperature blending evenly until qualified.

PRODUCT FEATURE
This product is used for blending precision machine tool guideway oil.
The recommended dosage is 1.5-2.0% -

PACKING, STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION
Please observe the SH/T 0164 standard and the MSDS of this product when storing, shipping, handling and using this product. It is nonflammable, non-explosive and non-corrosive. The highest storage temperature shall not exceed 75℃. For long term storage, the highest temperature shall not more than 45℃.
